These Terms and Conditions explain how General Translation, Inc. ("we, "us", "our") permit use of our app, Codex.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Codex, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Codex.

2. User Account

You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. Keep your sign in information secure.

3. User-Submitted Content

You are responsible for the content you submit for translation. Ensure that it does not violate any laws or rights of others.

4. Prohibited Use

Users must not use Codex for activities that are against the law, dangerous, or damaging in any way. The definition of the latter is subject to change and is determined by General Translation, Inc. solely.

5. Accuracy

Codex uses state-of-the-art machine learning models to translate user-submitted content. While we take steps to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that translations will be error-free or suitable for specific purposes.

6. IP

You retain all rights to the text you submit. You also own all text you create with our app.

7. Changes to Codex

We may change or discontinue any part of Codex without notice.

8. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. General Translation, Inc. is not liable for any damages related to the use of Codex, except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will provide notice of significant changes.
